President Jeremiah Point (Rotary Club of Cornwall) and Larry Gaunce (Past President, Rotary Club of Cornwall Sunrise) Outlining some of the reasons for the two Rotary clubs in Cornwall undertaking to make an Outdoor Workout Park available to the citizens of the community. Included in the features they highlighted to assembled guests and attendees are the fact that it will be free and accessible to all at all times of the day or night. The variety of equipment provides opportunities for a wide variety of exercise activities and levels of athleticism.
Sponsorship of the project can take a variety of forms involving both financial assistance and in-kind donations that range from project design and management to help with construction supplies and installation. Hundreds of hours of volunteer support have already gone into this project.
